We back every Bossvet device with a 30-day satisfaction window and a two-year clinical hardware warranty. If you're unhappy, we make it right.
30-day satisfaction guarantee
Try any Bossvet device for thirty days. If your pet doesn't love it — or you change your mind — return it for a full refund of the product price (shipping fees are non-refundable). The device must be in re-sellable condition with all original packaging and accessories.
Two-year clinical warranty
Every Bossvet hardware purchase is covered against manufacturing defects for two years from the date of delivery. Covered failures:
- Sensor or camera malfunction
- App pairing failure (firmware-related)
- Motor or Peltier cooling unit failure
- UV-C bulb premature burn-out
- Battery degradation beyond 20% capacity loss within 12 months
Excluded: damage from drops, water immersion outside fountain reservoir, chewing damage, or commercial / non-domestic use.
How to start a return
Email returns@petsynch.com with your order ID and a short description (photos welcome but not required). We issue a pre-paid return label within 48 hours. Refunds typically land within 5-7 business days of us receiving the returned device.
Faulty on arrival
If your device arrives damaged or doesn't pair successfully within the first 48 hours, we replace it free of charge with priority shipping — no return required for the original unit.
Refund processing
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method (card / Apple Pay / Google Pay).
- Bank processing typically takes 3-5 business days after Stripe confirms the refund.
- You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated and another when Stripe completes it.
