By placing an order with Bossvet you agree to the terms below. These are written in plain English; no surprise clauses, no auto-renewals, no data sales.
Who we are
Bossvet is a trading name registered in the United Kingdom. Postal address available on request via hello@petsynch.com.
Pricing & currency
Prices are listed in USD by default. Stripe converts to your local currency at checkout using the live mid-market rate plus a small FX spread. The amount charged on your statement is the local-currency equivalent confirmed at the moment you pay.
Order acceptance
Placing an order on this site is an offer to buy. We accept the order once payment is captured by Stripe and a confirmation email is sent. We reserve the right to refuse orders if a product is sold out, mis-priced, or we suspect fraud.
Hardware warranty
Every device ships with a two-year clinical hardware warranty as described in the Returns & Refunds policy. This is additional to your statutory consumer rights.
Software
Use of the Bossvet companion app is licensed (not sold) for the lifetime of your device. We provide free firmware and security updates for at least 5 years post-purchase. You can't resell, decompile or reverse-engineer the software.
Acceptable use
- Domestic / household use only — commercial deployment requires a separate licence
- One companion-app account per household
- Don't share live camera feeds without consent of everyone present
Limitation of liability
Bossvet is liable for direct losses caused by our negligence up to the value of the product purchased. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. vet bills resulting from a missed scheduled meal during an internet outage at your home). Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts; EU consumers retain their right to bring claims in their home court.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes are announced by email to all customers at least 30 days before they take effect.
