Shipping policy.

Every Bossvet order ships globally with free standard delivery. Most customers receive their hardware within 7-14 days; orders fulfilled from our US or EU warehouses arrive within 3-7 days.

Where we ship

We currently dispatch to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden, Australia, Japan and Turkey. If your country isn't listed at checkout, contact us — we can usually arrange shipping on request.

How long it takes

• Standard worldwide: 7-14 business days. Free on every order.
• Express via US / EU warehouse: 3-7 business days. Available on selected SKUs (you'll see a green badge at the product page when express is in stock).
• Turkey: 5-10 business days via Aras Kargo / MNG.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed within 48 hours of dispatch. You'll also find live status under your account dashboard. International orders are tracked door-to-door; transit time excludes any local customs inspection.

Customs & import taxes

US orders under $800 ship duty-free under the Section 321 de minimis rule. UK and EU orders priced under £135 / €150 enter under low-value consignment rules. Higher-value orders may attract local VAT / customs duties charged on delivery by the carrier — we don't collect these at checkout.

Lost or stuck packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 21 days of the expected delivery window, email support@petsynch.com with your order ID. We'll dispatch a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund — your choice.
